Dear Student,
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused during the JamCarcker recruitment drive. Today we have encountered with some major technical failure in our portal while conducting the online test. However we have resolved all those issues. Now students can see the tests in the schedule block.

We have rescheduled JamCracker recruitment drive on Tuesday( 19th July, 2011) at 4pm to 6 pm.
Date and timing will remain same for other recruitment drive.

TalentBridge Technologies Pvt Ltd is going to organize Mega Recruitment Drive for JamCracker, Ignis Technologies Pvt Ltd, Serendipity Info Lab and SapinetNitro throughout India.


To participate in the Mega Recruitment drive candidates are requested to take the following steps:


1. Go to www.talentbridge.co.in. Register yourself as a student. For registration it is mandatory to have skype id.


2. Build your updated resume in our system, record your voice sample (Tell me about yourself within a minute).


3. You can also practise aptitude for upcoming recruitment drive in our aptitude meter.


Registration Date: 14th July 2011- 16th July 2011.


Any registration received after mentioned date will not be considered for the recruitment drive


Based on your resume rating and voice sample quality you will be shortlisted for First round test for multiple companies.


Selection Procedure:
1. First Round written Test
2. Second round remote video interview.


Note:- All the selection procedure will be conducted through TalentBridge portal (www.talentbridge.co.in) only. Once you log into TalentBridge website using your user name and password you will find a schedule block in your right hand side. All the available test will appear in that block only. You have to click on that test option to take the desired test.


So you don’t need to stand in a long queue or go to some other place for the recruitment drive. You can do all these procedures from your home also. Only requirement is to have a high speed broadband connection and webcam for video interview. Once you are registered with TalentBridge you can also appear for multiple companies recruitment drive.
