Designation: Trainee-technical recruiter

Eligibility: B.Tech / MBA / BBA / BCA

Profile:

Involve End to End Recruitment 

Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.         

Educating candidates on the job profile, for what they will be interviewed. 

Initial screening of resumes based on technology, communication, attitude, stability.                                                               Sourcing these resumes through portals, Database and through reference generation.                                                            

Follow up with candidates after interview till they join.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Effective organizational and time-management skills.     

Must be a self motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters  and all levels of management

Position 2:

Designation: Business Development Manager

Eligibility:  B.Tech & MBA

Profile:
