Web/Windows Developer and Designer (Dot Net)
Role : The role requires the developer to have excellent web development skills. A minimal set of exposure is required the skills mentioned below. The wider the exposure the better is the chance of developer getting easily absorbed.
• Delivering projects as a team member with zero-variance performance.
• Writing and developing Component Design components and associated Test plans.
• Delivery of Design and Development work.
• Mentor and develop the technical skills of other software developers.Essential Skills : (Must have skills)
Core .NET :• A proven track record of design, development and delivery.
• OO development experience (OOPS, Design Patterns) with C# server-side development in large scale, multi-threaded business critical applications.
• Is able to coach and mentor others.
• Good Hands on skills in coding in C#/VB.NET.
• Strong skills in Threading, Serialization, Performance & Security.
• .Net 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 frameworks.
• Database skills (SQL/Oracle/Sybase), ability to write stored procedures.
• Exposure to C#/VB.NET and ASP.NET.
• Understands GUI development best practices.Web Skills :[/b]
• Understands how IIS, and ASP .NET works.
• Experience in coding custom web controls, web parts.
• Exposure to Session Management, Caching, Master Pages, View state, Dot Net Configuration, ASP .NET Security and Web Services is required.
• Understands and has experience working on HTTPModules and HTTPHandlers.
• Exposure working on LINQ.
• Should have used controls like the grid, tree view, panel etc…
• Knowledge of CSS is a must.
• Knowledge of AJAX is essential.
• Should have basic Knowledge of Networking concepts.
• Exposure to Flash, Flex is desirable.
• Exposure to graphics tools like Photoshop is a plus.
• Exposure to Web 2.0 concepts.

• 0 to 2 years on the above mentioned skills.
• Minimum Academics: BE, B.tech or MCA/MS(Comp Sci) from reputed institute. Experience for Designer :• 0 to 2 years on Flash, CSS, Photoshop, Dream Weaver, JavaScript, HTML, Blend.
