Job Description :

• Analyse workflow issues reported by users
• With reference to system documentation, investigate error and determine the most appropriate solution
• Advising user of the reason for the issue they are reporting and where appropriate, how it can be avoided
• Agree solution with user and where appropriate key users
• If appropriate amend/move work items to resolve issue
• Keep proper record of any work item amendments/moves
• Flexible in approach, and prepared to assist other technical disciplines to resolve local support issues
• Proficient in English language
• To action daily checklist tasks to ensure systems automation and exception queues are cleared accordingly
• The profile involves diagnosis, research and ownership of various technical workflow issues
• To review and continually monitor new issues, identify support trends and identify potential configuration solutions
