Job Description :

You are being recruited as part of a support group. You will have to take requests from Project Managers to perform certain operations on the BPR system. You will be given training on these systems. As part of doing these operations they you will have to interact with several other teams/other departments within HCL. We are looking for smart people who love to interact (over phone as well as emails) with others, have lot of perseverance and will not give up easily. You will have to take ownership of completion of these tasks and ensure timely completion. There will be no Software engineering, development/maintenance/testing type of work.
Desired Profile :

* Passout in 2010

* 60% in 10th, 12th and graduation

* No Standing arrears
