What is Siemens PLM :
Product lifecycle management (PLM) is the process of managing the entire lifecycle of a product from its conception, through design and manufacture, to service and disposal, where the PLM integrates people, data, processes and business systems and provides a product information backbone for companies.
Market Requirements:
The Indian Manufacturing industry is consistently growing at 10% and along with China is the only industry in the world with double digit growth. The PLM market in India is expected to grow to over USD 40 BN over next 10 years.
Siemens hold 85% market share in PLM. Hence most of the demand in PLM will be for Siemens products skills. While the 3D design marked is fragmented Siemens holds over 40% market share in India.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
B.E / B Tech in Computers / Electronics / IT/Communication with min 60% of marks.

Selection Criteria: Online Exam
Test Duration : 30 minutes
Online Exam Date : 9th and 10th Dec 2010
Online Exam Timing:Â 5:00pm to 7:00 pm.
Exam Duration : 30 minutes
After qualifying online exam, candidate will have to undergo 160-180 hrs training on Siemens software (Team Centre Express). Training cost will be Rs 27,000/-. Placement will be with client of Siemens like HCL, SATYAM, Infosys, Wipro, Maruti Udyog, Ford, Ministry of Defence, HAL, TATA, GM, LG, ONIDA, PHILIPS, SAMSUNG and many more…..
