Job Description :
1 Provide timely, technically accurate solutions/support for the above mentioned products
2 Continuously Build technical expertise
3 Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and personnel
4 Responsible for providing technical support to customers on DS solutions - ENOVIA V6
Desired Profile :
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1 Age: 22- 24 years
2 Qualification: 4yr Diploma (TRTC)/BE/ME/MTech. Or equivalent.
3 Experience: 0-2 years relevant experience in using above stated products
Software skills: - CATIA/UG/Pro/E, DELMIA/PLM-ENOVIA/TC/Windchill, Windows/UNIX/LINUX Administration
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR PERFORMANCE :
1 Must have a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
2 Basic Training on above stated products
3 Onsite support on above mentioned CAD/PLM products
4 Must be able to communicate effectively with Partners, customers, peers, and management
